Performance Characteristics of Slant Rig
Basic parameters confirm to SY/T5609-1999 Drilling Rigs Models and Basic Parameters, design and manufacture of main equipment comply with API Spec.
The rig can meet the requirements of drilling regular well, slimhole well, vertical well and slant well.
Adopt hoisting system of pinion and rack instead of drawworks, traveling block and hook, simplifying the whole system operation more stable, reliable and safer.
Drill pipe handling system is in high level of automation so that less operator is required.
The whole rig adopts hydraulic control. The control software owns the functions of self-diagnosis, fault and misuse alarm.
Automatic mechanical wellhead tools are equipped to improve working speed and decrease labor intensity.
The rig adopts modularized design. Main parts and assembly of the rig are transported by trailer to achieve fast moving.
