Description
XJ650 workover rig, a truck-mounted self-propelled workover rig with double drums, is specially used in oilfield. The rated hook load is 1350kN, and the maximum hook load is 1470kN. The rig is applicable to the workover operation of 7000m (2-7/8"DP) drilling depth. The drive type of the chassis is 12×8 (3 in front, 3 at rear). The axles adopt integrated-forging Soma heavy type with wide distance to adapt to longtime running. The girder of frame adopts the 16Mn special reinforced girder which makes up of wide aerofoil. The power system uses CAT C18 diesel engine and ALLISON S6610RH transmission box. The mast is of telescopic type, and the height is 35 meters. A 4.5 high folded drilling floor and ZP205 rotary table are equipped.
The workover rig consists of the following parts, such as power system, transmission system, drawworks system, mast and traveling system, substructure and boat-shape base system, hydraulic, air, electrical system, and rotary system.
The rig owns wind-proof characteristics, sand-proof characteristics, as well as good shock-proof performance. It is applicable to -20℃~+40℃ ambient temperature.
