Tension conveyor belt building machine

Constant tension conveyor belt rough belt building production line is mainly used to built nylon, EP layered with cotton canvas belt conveyor strip and rubberize conveyor belt.

Product Features

During built process, the rough belt will be built under control of magnetic brakes and tension state. Let-off and wind-up device uses the wrinkle ensure the fabric without wrinkle. Built process can be run in the same time.the position and direction of feeding truck can be adjusted by hand. There is a stop button near the tension device. Rotate speed can be adjusted by hand. The motor configuration of whole line in the same side,fabric wind-up use the separation form. This production can be built go-and-back.tension roller is in the middle of whole line.
