WH08-01 pneumatic semi-automatic baking machine, which is an upgrade version of WH97-14, is specially designed for wafer cone production. It’s usually utilized in these two fields:
- A wafer container of non-cream ingredients, such as jelly. The container can be cone-shaped or any other shape formed by two symmetric parts.
- A wafer cone container used for ice cream production and retailing.
There are distinct improvements from WH97-14 and WH08-01:
1. The precision of moulds are improved by advanced mould production techniques, thus there is positive effect to final products.
2. Controlled by PLC, all operations are completed automatically except for cone discharging, so that labor intensity is decreased to a minimum level.
3. Mould’s movement is driven by compressed air, it’s more sanitary and hydraulic pollution happened on old model is now avoided.
4. One machine contains two sets of moulds to increase output capacity.
5. Batter filling becomes automatically completed, more accurate and steady. This insures high yield.
6. Various modes of production, multiple varieties of small batch or few varieties of large batch, can be carried out and if several banking machines are combined with a cosmic product line with our transportation and stack devices, the mass production can also be achieved.
