Product Overview :

XGN15-12 series of products is consist of standard functional units, which are completed by the factory processing, using technologically advanced FLN36-12 load switch, using superior performance of SF6 gas as the arc extinction insulating medium. The cabinet has advantages of small volume, reasonable and compact, convenient installation, simple operation, safe and stable operation,which has been widely recognized in the 10kv or 24 kv power supply system.

Convenient installation: small cabinet volume and light weight, so that users can more easily checked and installed, the device can be based on user requirements knot to form a complete line of solutions, also can be optional intelligent control unit, to realize intelligent control unit. Standardized design makes this product be the most ideal choice for user to modify and extend the substation program.

Simple operation: each cabinet is equipped with a circuit line diagram and analog display(show switch internal components). The operating mechanism has chain board, can ensure the rotation direction of handle and the correct operation of device, to prevent misoperation. Moreover, provide the safe simple operation of step instructions on the door.

Features:

The cabinet body structure is spliced with AI-Zn-plated steel, cabinet body and cabinet door and upper cell all will be by plastic-spray treatment, all cabinets are equipped with main grounding busbar, which can be connected with the adjacent cabinet.
All metal parts: for example, the grounding switch and chain components are connected to grounding busbar, to ensure continuity, use copper braid to connect the between of a screw connection parts. The rear cabinet fitted with pressure release door, to ensure that gas can escape from rear cabinet in case of internal arcing occurs.
On the upper cover of the cabinet by screws, can be unloaded in outside, then connected with bus. Auxiliary device chamber in upper cabinet can be installed with terminal blocks and other small components, the chamber can be achieved relay protection after heightening it. 
Load switch and earthing switch adopts obstacles chain, between of grounding switch and the door adopts mandatory chain. Follow these steps can realize the automatic chain: shut the doors, open the grounding switch, close load switch, the separate operation mode effectively avoid misoperation.
