ZBG type Peripheral driven sludge scraper can be used in middle-large scale radical sedimentation basins, which adopts central feed, central sludge discharge & peripheral overflow pattern, It is mainly applied in primary sedimentation tanks of municipal wastewater treatment plant.This equipment adopts peripheral driven type. Sewage flows into the tank through central inlet pipe, get radiation outward through current regulator. Suspended sludge which gathered at the bottom of the tank, rotates peripherally under drive of driving device, together with the sweep arm & scrapers. Sludge at the central mud tank gets discharged under static pressure through mud pipe. Scums on water surface will be skimmed aside by skimming device & scraped into the scum hopper, and clean water gets discharged through triangle over-flow weir.
