ZCG central fixed sludge scraper is generally used for medium & large sized radical sedimentation tanks which adopt central feed, central discharge & peripheral-overflow working pattern, mainly applied in municipal sewage treatment plant or for sludge discharge in sedimentation.This equipment adopts central diving, platform fixed buttress type, sewage flows into the current guide cylinder through inlet pipe, radically flows around after diffusion of current regulating drum. The suspension settled at the bottom of the tank, central vertical shaft rotates under drive of driving unit, and the arm & blades start working. Sludge gets collected by blades firstly, then gathered at collecting tank through sludge suction pipes under hydrostatic pressure, and get discharged to central sludge tank through central discharge pipe finally. Scum floats on the surface will be skimmed into discharge hopper through skimming unit and the clean water will get discharged though Triangular weir plate.
