Our company was founded in 1950,and we produced the first set of tube-shell heat exchanger equipment in China in accordance with TEMA standards in 1963，and became theearly researching and producing cold-exchanger equipment specialized manufacturer in China.
During the technical revolution of"the eight five years plan",we have brought in many advanced machining and welding equipments from abroad,so that our product level and techniques have been highly developed.In this period,we have manufactured 4 sets and 28 hydrogenation equipments in total for various companies in China petrochemical system,and make great contribution to our domestic hydrogenation equipments.Henceforth,FMEMC set foot in manufacturing domestic hydrogenation equipments,and became one of fewer hydrogenation equipments manufacturing companies.We have improved the equipments abillity and manufacturelevel by reconstructing earlier equipments abillity,incressing independent resource and innovation,as well as developing the competition of enterprise and products.Especially in opening year of"the ten one years plan"，we have invested 300 million Yuan in a new plant of Lishi developing district in Fushun,and the high-pressure plant area in 16 thousand square meters. Recently,we can manufacture large plate instead of forging weld structure reactors with weight of more than 1000t.The material is as follow:2.25Cr-1Mo,2.25Cr-1MoV,16MnR(HIC),15CrMo(H),3.5Ni,09MoNiD,and special material which is contained Ti,Zr,Ni,as well as other new type material such as Haynes alloy.The main product involve plate weld＆forging weld reactor,cold＆hot high-pressure separator,and large tower. What,s more,the core competitive products contain high-pressure tread locking heat exchanger,diaphragm seal high-pressure heat exchanger,and large vertical heat exchanger.With foreign patent technology and independently intellectual property rights,we are the sole manufacturer who can produce |＆Ⅱ section transition furnace among fertilizer industry,large heat exchanger in ethylene equipments with 1 million ton,and substitute the import unoverproof super large heat exchanger equipments with exchange area over 1000m2。
