Shunda Heavy Mining Machinery Co. Ltd., was started in 1988, with the head office in Shenyang. Shunda is the second to none large mining machinery manufacturing private enterprise, which has three branches: Shenyang Shunda Heavy Mining Machinery Co., Ltd, Shenyang Qiangqiang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Shenyang Evigor Motors Co., Ltd. and several sub-branches.
In 2001, Shunda enters the manufacturing industry of heavy mining machinery, and registered the brand “Shunda Mining Machinery”. Now, we have a total staff of 1000 people, two production bases with a total area of 240,000㎡(more than 80,000 ㎡ are building area for office and workshop. The annual output is more than 1 billion RMB.
Our products are widely used in big scaled mining areas both at home and abroad. We also have local offices in Xinjiang, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Fujian, Guangdong and other places. In future, we are planning to establish offices South Africa, South America, Southeast Asia.
The main products of Shunda are hydraulic gyratory crusher(max 1.6m), jaw crusher(max 1.5*2.1m), cone crusher(max 2.2m), Symons Cone Crusher (max 8.5 feet) and ball mill(max 6m)etc. Our company have provided hundreds of production line and thousands of machinery products to Shougang Group, Tonggang Group, Chenggang group,Tanggang, Jianlong, Zhongzhi, Tianbao, Baoli and other large mining enterprise. Our company own big technical team which is component with three generations. So we can send technical person to mine to investigate, design, install the suited production line if customers requires.
Our enterprise have a huge scale, including 100t traveling crane, vertical lathe group under 6.3m, φ250, φ220, φ200, φ160 boring machine group, high-precision large planer, large1600×8000 lathe 1500×3000 lathe, CNC wire-cut machine and other high-end accurate equipment. To make the delivery time short, Shunda invested a big capital to build its own foundry and motor factory to fit for its equipment. Therefor the common quick-wear parts and spare parts can be delivered in a week. Less than 100t products can be delivered in two months and the super-huge type machinery products delivery time is less than a half year.
