Wear resistant layer is high carbon and high chromium alloy, with a good smooth hardfacing layer. The produced wear resistant plate can be welded, rolled or punching. YaoYu wear resistant steel plate can still have a high wear resistant performance under 600 degrees working temperature with a high hardness HRC 58-63, also can work 20 times better than low carbon steel plate, 5-10 times better than stainless steel plate and high manganese steel plate, 1.5 times better than common high carbon and high chrome steel plate.
