2.  This tire vulcanizing machine is all steel giant tyre hydraumatic setting vulcanzier.

3.  This tire vulcanizing machine is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tyre. Using this vulcanizer, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tyre production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tyre, including install embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.

Specification of Tyre vulcanizing machine: 

1.  Specification ranged from 117" to 212". 

2.  This tire vulcanizing machine adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mould and clamping ring type. The upper mould and beam adopts vertical lift and translation mode. The bladder control mechanism is B.

3.  Upper Beam movements type: Vertical lift and translation. It adopts imported sliding element. The mould is aligned repeatedly and can be achieved high precision. Mould clamping and shaping is driven hydraulically; the clamping force and shaping force can be adjusted.

4.  Heating type: Steamer Type. This can improve the quality of vulcanization and reduce the energy consumption.  

5.  The control system adopts imported electrical components, high degree of automation control.  

6.  The VCL is configured with segmented mould driving device.
