2.  This tire vulcanizing machine is mechanical and applicable to vulcanize the green tire, such as heavy & light truck radial tyre and bias tyre.

3.  This tire vulcanizer is applicable to the Nitrogen vulcanization or steam vulcanization process.

4.  The VCL is equipped with double column type manipulator, trolley type double cylinder unloading mechanism and front lever type demoulding mechanism.

5.  The VCL can be configured with electric mould adjusting device, segmented mould driving device and post inflation device according to the user’s requirements.

6.  There are single and double or three station tyre holders for users to choose.

7.  The vulcanization pipe system can be customized.

8.  The VCL adopts PLC programmable controller as the control core. Based on industrial computer man-machine interface, the VCL can realize the vulcanization process parameter setting as well as real-time data acquisition, preservation, alarm and visual query of historical parameters when vulcanizing.

9.  The VCL has Ethernet interface and supports cluster vulcanizing machine network.

10.  The alignment between VCL and center mechanism adopts guiding sleeve constructing. 

11.  The VCL can be driven hydraulically.
