Specification of Tyre vulcanizing machine: 

 

 

1.  Beam movements type: Vertical lift.

4.  The guide system of clamping is adopted by roller guide and the clamping mechanism is used lateral plate bolt. Every mould is pressurized by 6 cylinders.

 

 

5.  The VCL is equipped with double column type manipulator and swing unloading mechanism.

 

 

6.  The VCL can be configured with electric mould adjusting device, segmented mould driving device and post inflation device according to the user’s requirements.

Based on industrial computer man-machine interface, the VCL can realize the vulcanization process parameter setting as well as real-time data acquisition, preservation, alarm and visual query of historical parameters when vulcanizing.

 

 

11.  The VCL has Ethernet interface and supports cluster vulcanizing machine network.

 

 

12.  The alignment between VCL and center mechanism adopts guiding sleeve constructing. 

 

13.  The VCL can be driven hydraulically.
