Brief
The continuous conveyor belt furnace is heat treatment production line, is primarily used for heat treating small bulk parts, using the following heat treatment processes:
1.Hardening and Tempering
2.Austempering
3.Annealing from forging heat
4.Isothermal Annealing
5.Normalizing and Recrystallizing
6.Hardening
7.Tempering
8.Carburizing
Structure
This production line mainly consist of feeding machine, quenching furnace, elevator, quenching tank, cleaning machine, dryers, tempering furnace and electric control system, etc.

This furnaces are well suited for heat treating;
1.Standard parts and hardware,for instance, bolts and nuts
2.Small pressed parts

Advantages
1.Internal conveyor belt, wherever possible; this results in energy savings by eliminating the need for energy to heat up the belt repeatedly; less wear on the belt through uniform temperature ad use of stored heat; long belt life;
2.Internal conveyor belt is available in different cast link designs;
3.Gas tight furnace design heated by radiant tubes;
4.Loading devices for different loading techniques handling the product carefully (soft-handling). Metering and weighing is performed part specific and adjusted for furnace capacity;
5.Integrated pre-wash with dephosphatizing and intermediate washing technique, preferably, with centrifuge washers. It is also possible to use spiral washers, continuous washers or washers in combination;
6.Quench and cooling equipment for all customary media, with removal of the parts via conveyor belts;
7. The process in continuous, conveyor belt furnace runs automatically. with the characteristic of large capacity, high efficiency, and saving labor force.
