Brief
Pusher type furnace plants is heat treatment production line, is also one of the core products of our company,mainly used for rolling and forging for isothermal normalizing process, such as automobile, tractor, engineering machinery, petroleum machinery gear, gear shafts, bearings and drills.,etc. According to user needs to ventilate the nitrogen or protective atmosphere, no oxidation heating.
Struture
This production line mainly consist of pusher type quenching furnace, quenching automatic discharging device, workpiece tray fast return device, quenching tank, lifting device, oxide skin cleaning device, quenching liquid cooling system, pusher type tempering furnace, cooling room, automatic tempering charging basket, tempering charging basket fast return device, hydraulic system, PLC control system of temperature and mechanical action.etc.
Application field
Mainly used for rolling and forging for isothermal normalizing process, such as automobile, tractor, engineering machinery, petroleum machinery gear, gear shafts, bearings and drills.,etc.
Features:
1.The furnace lining of quenching and tempering furnace use fiber material, fast heating up, good insulation, more energy conservation;
2.Advanced structure, spare part surface is brightness and no oxidation after the heat treatment, uniform hardness, stable microstructure and small deformation.
3.Almost all of the operations are performed by hydraulic and mechanical action except the feeding and finished goods transport, high automaticity and efficiency, saving the labor.
4.The heater of quenching and tempering furnace use electric heating radiant tube, convenience to maintain, when the radiant tube break down during the normal working, it can be replaced at once, no need to stop, ensure the production goes on.
