Brief
This box type multipurpose furnace is batch type heat treatment furnace production line, is designed and manufactured through introduced AICHELIN technolgogy, mainly used for the following heat treatment processes:

quenching, tempering,carburizing, nitriding and carbonitriding.

Structure
This production line mainly consist of heating furnace (quenching furnace or carburizing furnace), high temperature tempering furnace，low temperature tempering furnace, double liquid and double tank cleaning machine, atmosphere adding system, charging and discharging cart, control system,etc.

Mainly used for high precision components of single varieties and large quantities, such as gears, and auto parts.

4.Filling the protective atmosphere during heat treatment,ensure the workpiece without oxidation;
5.Using radiant tube, make the atmosphere protection does not damage the heating elements;
6.Use cylinder driving structure, the front vestibule door，insulated door，lifting table can handle it quickly and securely when an accident or a power failure occurs;
7.Using the carbon microcomputer and zirconia probe to monitor and control carbon potential of furnace inside, high-precision, quality of heat treatment product is stable and reliable.
8.Compared to common heat treatment furnace that use the contactor switch ,using SCR adjustable dynamometer and PID continuous control output power, high temperature control precision , good stability, avoiding the impact to radiant tube and power grid;

9.Use step-down isolation transformer, radiant tube operates at low voltages,long service life;
