Brief
This series natural gas bogie hearth furnace is large energy-saving heat treatment furnace, mainly used for the large metal mechanical parts heat treatment processes for quenching, tempering, normalizing and other heat treatment.

Structure
  This furnace consist of furnace shell, furnace linings ,furnace door, door hoisting appliance, natural gas heating control system, bogie and driving mechanism, sealing mechanism, intelligent electrical control system, etc.

Feature
1.Large loading and strong heat treatment capacityt;
2.The furnace linings is made of the complete fiber structure, compared to the brick furnace chamber, effectively improve the performance of heat preservation;
3.Using multiple district heating, improving the temperature uniformity;
4.Using the natural gas as the heating source, reducing the use cost;
5. Adopting high speed burner, evenly distributed on both sides, each burner gas pipe is equipped with the control electromagnetic valve, and burning mouth equipped with independent complete combustion controller, With functions of automatic ignition, flame detection and automatic fire alarm to snuff out, so fully guarantee the stability and security of the combustion control system.
